Nav\u00edc hypote\u010dn\u00ed \u00fav\u011bry jsou poskytov\u00e1ny jen do 80ti procent ceny nemovitosti. V\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s to nakonec aspo\u0148 zkus\u00ed, pokud nem\u00e1me dostatek pen\u011bz z vlastn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f, pak v podstat\u011b nem\u00e1me ani jinou mo\u017enost.
